Works for personal use are those that you will use to decorate your home or your objects, profile picture/avatar image, art collection and other uses that does not have commercial negotiation involved. You can buy a commission to give as a gift to someone, it’s still for personal use.
Commercial use work is specific to the sale or license of art in the use of mascots, logos, products, trademarks and other uses that have commercial dealings.
